Begin in Vasto, with time on the Costa dei Trabocchi including a meal on a traditional trabocco. Visit the Abbazia di San Giovanni in Venere, explore Ortona and Chieti, and join a guided food tour in Pescara for an easy introduction to the region’s flavours.

In Sulmona, step into the story of its famous confetti at Museo Confetti Pelino, then head into the Apennines to stay in Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Enjoy walks to Rocca Calascio, views across Campo Imperatore, relaxed trattoria lunches, and a truffle hunting experience.
